We were so pleased with our first contract with Housley Builders-a room addition-that we decided to use them again for a bathroom makeover. The first time was no fluh! Sure enough, the bathroom was competed in a timely fashion at the price quoted & with as little mess & fuss as one could hope for. And Wayne Housley was right. It was perfectly completed when we said, it was perfect. We certainly recommend the Housey builders to anyone.

Wayne & his crew just finished our patio, car port and workshop. The patio was almost unuseable due to pavers that were heaving and a too short awning. Our patio is now wider and longer and we can actually stand up without hitting our head on the awning! The car port was too narrow for us to fully open our car doors so Wayne expanded it by 3' and added a work shop where a "closet" used to be. We are beyond pleased with Wayne's work, his ideas and his crew. They were here every day until the job was done and they were professional, polite and conscientous.

I met with Wayne right before Christmas and immediately knew I could trust him and I was not disappointed. He kept me informed, sending me photos in Fla and regular phone calls. There were unexpected problems that they resolved and kept us in budget, made good suggestions and dealt kindly with my indecision and changes. We have a beautiful screened in porch with a stucco wall, and 5 rooms with new ceilings that are smooth and now connected to the walls! Housley Builders built our house a couple years ago. Wayne took special pains with our garage and even built a special computer room for me. He placed the house so we could have a garage that opened to the alley and it is wonderful. Whenever we've had a question about the house, we always received good information. When it came time to landscape, we asked for Housley's help. They delivered a spectacular result. We now have a beautifully arranged front yard, with gorgeous Southwestern Walls, which compliment the house. We also have had many compliments on it from people going by. We were never overcharged or put off and are overjoyed with the results Housley Builders delivered. The workmanship and finish in the house, garage and walls are excellent. We are impressed with the skill, honesty, helpfulness and courtesy of the employees. Its been over 2 years since we built our house and we are happy and satisfied with Housley Builders and unqualifiedly recommend them to anyone.

We had an 8 foot extension to our golf cart garage area. I wanted the extension to look like it was not an add on. This required extensive rework of the roof line.

Housley did a great job, excellent workmanship.

We have used Housley Builders for two upgrades of our manufactured home in Pueblo Estates. The first was a complete remake of the kitchen, family room, dining and living rooms. The second was a make over of the guest bath. In both cases, Housley Builders performed wonderfully and we are completely satisfied with the results. The workmanship was excellent and Mr. Housley made several suggestions that improved the projects and saved us money. We highly recommed them for any home improvement projects.

The design was a room addition and an existing room demolition and redesign. Wayne contributed at the outset, recommending design features that saved time and money. His practicle savy enabled the design and building permit early approval. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Wayne's crew was skilled, hard working and courtious. Here is a company that we will recommend without reservation. Housley Builders just finished enclosing the four open arches of our carport with metal screening. The screening was attached to existing decorative wrought iron to give an attractive appearance. Installation of a garage door with automatic opener completed the project. Work was done neatly and in a timely manner. When future work is required for our home,these good folks will get the call. Submitted on April 22, 2009.

April 15, 2009 We live in Continental Vistas subdivision of Green Valley. We contracted with Housley Builders to enclose our carport. We had two other contractors give us bids which seemed way out of line for the amount of work to be done. Wayne was able to give us suggestions on ways to cut our costs and Housley's bid was very fair and within our budget. They started the work and completed their part in a very timely fashion and the workmanship was top quality. We have nothing but praise for Wayne and his crew and would not hesitate to recommend Housley Builders to anyone looking for a remodel or complete makeover.

Houseley Builders was recommended to us at the end of November for doing the addition on our daughter & son-in-law's home in Sahuarita. He was very helpful with getting architect plans and helping us get HOA approval for it. The addition was done in a speedily and orderly manner and was completed by the end of January. We are extremely pleased with his service and his work and would highly recommend him to anyone. The quality of work he did far exceeded the quality of the existing home. His employees Ralph & Ralph, Jr were very friendly and efficient and did a great job of daily clean-up after themselves. If we ever do any additional building he will be our contractor of choice. Thanks Wayne for such great service.
